Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Tutorial

First we drew a s shape in Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool. The we right clicked on it and pressed reflect then copy and moved the copy so that it was in line with the other line. The were put a blend into the shape and changed it to specified steps 80. Then we opened the shape into Photoshop and made the background of the canvas all black. Then we added some grey colour onto the background and added more noise into the image to add more texture. Then copied the images four times and rotated each one so that each was either facing up, down left or right. After, we made a new layer and put a colour near the edge of one of the shapes and then added added a dissolve effect to the colour. Then we merged this layer with a new clean layer. Then we selected each shape and inverted the selection the deleted what way on the outside of what we had selected. We repeated this until we had done this for each shape using a different colour. Then we added a lighter shadow to the curves of the shapes that faced left and right. After this, we covered the whole image in different colours and dissolved this into the background of the image to create a different effect.
